- Is calcd free to use?
- Yes. Every calculator is free, with no account, sign-up or paywall.
- How accurate are the results?
- The calculators use current UK rates and standard formulas, and each one shows when it was last updated. The results are estimates to help you plan, not financial advice. Confirm anything important with HMRC, your lender or a qualified adviser before you act on it.
- Do you store the figures I enter?
- No. The calculations run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us or stored on our servers.
- Which calculators can I use right now?
- The mortgage repayment calculator is live. More UK money tools, such as stamp duty and take-home pay, are in development.
- Does calcd work outside the UK?
- No, calcd is built specifically for UK rules. For example, stamp duty here covers England and Northern Ireland; Scotland and Wales use their own systems.
- Do you use cookies or tracking?
- We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It sets cookies; the Cookie Policy explains which ones and how to control them. We do not run advertising trackers.
